- 12 oz can of tuna
- 2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Cheddar cheese (approximately 3 slices)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix tuna, mayo (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, garlic salt, and onion powder until well combined.
- Cut mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Place halved peppers on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, fill each pepper with the tuna mixture, top with cheddar cheese, and bake again for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
