  • 2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • Cheddar cheese (approximately 3 slices)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix tuna, mayo (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, garlic salt, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Cut mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  4. Place halved peppers on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
