Ingredients
- 3 oz (85g) jelly packets in desired colors (grape, berry blue, lime, lemon, orange, raspberry)
- 16 teaspoons unflavored vegan gelatin
- 8 ½ cups boiling water
- 1 ½ (14oz) cans plant-based condensed milk (e.g., coconut cream)
Instructions
- Prepare the first layer by dissolving one packet of jelly and 1 teaspoon of vegan gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and pour into a glass pan. Chill until set (about 30 minutes).
- For the white layer, mix 2 teaspoons of vegan gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water, then stir in ½ can of condensed milk until combined. Allow it to cool while waiting for the purple layer to set.
- Once the purple layer is firm, pour ¾ cup of the white mixture over it and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Repeat steps for each colored layer (blue, green, etc.), alternating with white layers until all are set.
- After preparing all layers, allow them to chill completely before slicing into squares.
