- 2 cups dry apple vinegar
- 2 cups low-sodium beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
