- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- 16 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 4 medium apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on apple sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- In another bowl, toss together 4 sliced apples, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- In a springform pan, press half the base mixture into the bottom. Spread 16 ounces mascarpone cheese over it, followed by the apple mixture. Top with remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake for about 75 minutes until golden brown. Cool before removing from the pan.
