Instructions
- Prepare the caramel by melting 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown. Pour into a baking dish to coat the bottom evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Strain the mixture into another bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the custard mixture over the hardened caramel in the baking dish.
