- 2 eggplants
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef

- 1 can (14 oz) canned tomatoes

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice eggplants into rounds, salt them, let sit for 30 minutes, rinse, and pat dry.
- Sauté eggplant in olive oil until golden brown; set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground lamb or beef, browning well before adding canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cinnamon stick. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
