- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 peaches (pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced)
- 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Blend in softened butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until set.
- Layer sliced peaches on top of the baked crust.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the peaches and sprinkle the topping ingredients evenly over it.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until golden brown on top.
