  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 peaches (pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced)
  • 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Blend in softened butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until set.
  4. Layer sliced peaches on top of the baked crust.
  5. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the peaches and sprinkle the topping ingredients evenly over it.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes until golden brown on top.
