- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mushroom sauce
- 1 tbsp crushed chili flakes
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- A pinch of salt
