- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 – 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 drops neon green food coloring
- 2 tsp green apple extract
- 4 drops black gel food coloring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a non-stick saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the neon green food coloring and green apple extract until well incorporated.
- Pour half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set slightly.
- In the remaining fudge mixture, add the black gel food coloring and mix well. Pour this layer over the set green fudge.
- Refrigerate again for at least 30 minutes until fully set. Once firm, lift out using parchment paper edges, cut into squares, and enjoy!
