Ingredients

- 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (7 oz)
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 4 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion (quartered)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground coriander (optional)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chipotle peppers, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, coriander (if using), smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
