  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Boil the peeled potato chunks in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water. Mix until a smooth dough forms; adjust water if necessary.
  3. Dust your work surface with glutinous rice flour. Shape the dough into balls or flatten into discs.
