- 1 lb. green beans
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the potatoes, then combine them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, taco seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- In the same bowl (no need to wash), add green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt; stir to combine.
- After the initial roasting time, add the green beans to the baking sheet with potatoes and mix gently.
- Roast for an additional 20-30 minutes until everything is tender.
