  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out into a 10-inch pie pan, covering it with plastic wrap, and refrigerating for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook the diced turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain excess fat.
  3. Bake the chilled pie crust for 25 minutes lined with aluminum foil and weights. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese and cooked turkey bacon.
  5. Remove foil from the pie crust, pour in the filling until just full, and bake for about 45 minutes at 350°F or until set.
  6. Allow the quiche to cool for at least one hour before slicing.
