Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water or fruit juice (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peaches: Wash and peel the fresh peaches. If using frozen peaches, let them thaw slightly.
  2. Blend the Mixture: Combine the peaches, honey (or maple syrup), coconut water (or fruit juice), and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste Test: Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Pour Into Molds: Fill popsicle molds with the peach mixture, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert Sticks: Place sticks into molds; use foil to secure if necessary.
  6. Freeze: Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Serve: Run warm water over the outside of the molds to release pops and enjoy immediately!
