  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  2. Trim the stems of the halved Brussels sprouts, remove discolored leaves, rinse, and pat dry.
  3. Arrange the sprouts on the baking sheet, drizzle with ½ tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then toss.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes until charred outside and tender inside.
