Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and sliced into wedges
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potato wedges in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil. Place salmon on another tray lined with parchment paper and brush with the glaze; sprinkle black sesame seeds on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
