  • 7-ounce container 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and pound to even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. For the garlic yogurt sauce, mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic and lemon juice; refrigerate until serving.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
