  • 810 tortillas, warmed

Instructions

  2. In the same skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced onions for about five minutes before adding bell peppers. Cook until tender (5 more minutes).
  3. Return the chicken to the skillet with vegetables and mix well.
  4. In a separate small skillet on low heat, melt cream cheese and salsa verde together until smooth; stir in chopped pickled jalapeños.
  5. Fill each warmed tortilla with the chicken mixture, drizzle with sauce, and top with cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.
