Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Asparagus spears
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheese (your choice)
  • Baby potatoes
  • Dried herbs (thyme and rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat each salmon fillet in this mixture.
  3. Place baby potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle dried herbs and garlic powder. Roast for 15 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes roast, mix cream cheese with shredded cheese and minced garlic. Toss asparagus in olive oil before coating with the cheese mixture.
  5. Remove potatoes from the oven after 15 minutes; push them to one side of the baking sheet. Add salmon fillets next to them and top everything with cheesy asparagus. Bake again for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
