  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)

  • 1/3 cup diced sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions
