Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease/flour a bundt or tube pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Combine buttermilk and strawberry puree in another bowl.
- Alternately add dry mixture and wet ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and lemon juice until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
