  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons salted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and quartered strawberries. Add lemon juice, granulated sugar, and flour; toss gently until coated. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt. Pour in melted butter and stir with a fork until crumbly.
