  • 1 head red romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 6 whole strawberries (remove caps)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sliced strawberries to the bowl and gently toss with the greens.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled tomato-basil feta cheese and chopped pecans over the salad mixture.
  4. For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt in a small bowl until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Garnish with reserved whole strawberries on top.
