Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O powder, dry
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar; press firmly into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time; blend well. Pour over crust and bake for 45–50 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stir in cold water, then fold in whipped topping and chopped strawberries once thickened. Spread over cooled cheesecake.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; layer on top.
- Crush cookies mixed with melted butter and sprinkle as a topping.
