Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Zucchini, sliced into rounds

Instructions

  3. On a serving plate, arrange the sliced cucumber, tomato, sautéed zucchini, and cheese. Top with cooked eggs and garnish with chopped parsley.
