  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Whisk together teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken strips and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the pineapple: Preheat grill; thread diced pineapple onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
