  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 3 cans tuna in water
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1.5 cups mayo
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Seasoning salt, sugar, salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow noodles in salted water until al dente (about 15 minutes). Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced onion, and defrosted peas.
  3. Gently fold in the cooled pasta until evenly mixed.
  4. In a smaller bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, seasoning salt, sugar, salt & pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
