  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast (or vegan parmesan)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic until browned (about 2 minutes), then add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
