- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, add chicken breasts and chicken broth; bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
