Ingredients

  • Karo Light Corn Syrup
  • Twizzlers
  • Red, white, and blue nonpareils

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cool Whip by thawing it completely.
  2. Follow package instructions to prepare the Blue Raspberry Jell-O and pour into small cups. Refrigerate until set.
  3. For decorations, fold Twizzlers in half, cut them, dip in Karo syrup, and coat with nonpareils.
  4. Once Jell-O is set, add Cool Whip on top, sprinkle with nonpareils, and insert Twizzler decorations.
