Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) cherry Jell-O
- ½ cup boiling water
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 box (3 oz) berry blue Jell-O
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust
- Fresh blueberries and chopped strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve cherry Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in ice cubes until slightly thickened. Pour into the pie crust and chill for 30 minutes until set.
- Spread the Cool Whip over the red layer and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Dissolve berry blue Jell-O in boiling water and mix with ice cubes until thickened. Pour over the white layer.
- Chill for at least two hours before garnishing with fresh fruit.
