Description

Baked Turkey and Cheese Croissants are a delightful fusion of flaky pastry, savory turkey, and melted cheese, making them an ideal choice for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 croissants or 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 6 slices smoked turkey
  • 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone)
  • 12 tsp Dijon mustard or aioli (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice each croissant or unroll crescent roll dough as per package instructions.
  3. Layer each croissant with smoked turkey and cheese. Add Dijon mustard or aioli if desired.
  4. Roll the croissants tightly and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter or egg wash.
  6. Bake for 13–16 minutes (crescent roll dough) or 8–10 minutes (pre-baked croissants) until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
