  • 1 can beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high indirect heat (about 375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix your BBQ chicken rub or use a premade option.
  3. Rinse the chicken, remove giblets, and pat dry. Pour out half of the beef broth can and fit the chicken over it using a chicken rack.
  4. Season under the skin with half of the BBQ rub, then sprinkle the remaining rub on the surface.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill’s cool side and cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until juices run clear.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
