  • 3 ounces Blue Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 Red Onion (Cut into rings)
  • 3 Tablespoons Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 3 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 3 slices Tomato
  • 3 Sesame Seed Chicken Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or cast iron skillet to high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with crumbled blue cheese, blackened seasoning, and kosher salt. Mix gently and form into patties.
