- 1–2 cups zesty Italian dressing
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 4 oz broccoli (chopped into small florets)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1 lb turkey slices (chopped)
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-oz) container fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives (drained)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Toss the warm pasta with 1 cup of Italian dressing to coat.
- Add cherry tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, turkey slices, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella balls, olives, and fresh herbs if using. Mix well.
