  • 12 cups zesty Italian dressing
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 4 oz broccoli (chopped into small florets)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 lb turkey slices (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) container fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives (drained)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Toss the warm pasta with 1 cup of Italian dressing to coat.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, turkey slices, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella balls, olives, and fresh herbs if using. Mix well.
  4. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
