  • 23 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/23 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  2. Place salmon strips on the baking sheet and season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and grated Parmesan (or flour). Toss gently and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
