  • 1 large Persian cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, red apple vinegar, Greek seasoning, and sea salt in a bowl. Add chicken cubes and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
