  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like parsley or chives)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesan cheese until smooth. Stir in the artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, garlic, fresh herbs, and salt.
