  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 jalapenos, sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Proof the yeast by dissolving it with sugar in warm water; let it stand until frothy (about 10 minutes).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Mix in the proofed yeast and olive oil until a soft dough forms. Let rise until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  4. Roll out the dough into two 10-inch rounds and place them on pizza trays dusted with cornmeal.
