Ingredients
- 5 large jalapeños
- Olive oil
- 8 ounces dry elbow macaroni
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 6–8 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss jalapeños with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for about 15 minutes until charred.
- In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese.
