- 1 lb dried elbow macaroni pasta
- 1 cup canned jalapeños, chopped (mild preferred)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and most of the crumbled turkey bacon. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
- Sprinkle with remaining turkey bacon on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
