  • 1 lb dried elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup canned jalapeños, chopped (mild preferred)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and most of the crumbled turkey bacon. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining turkey bacon on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
