  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the powdered plant-based gelling agent until fully dissolved.
