Description

Create a delightful No-Bake Strawberry Blueberry Trifle in just 30 minutes! Layered with fresh fruit and creamy goodness, it’s perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 17 oz angel food cake (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 1 lb strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 lb blueberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries and blueberries. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix water, sugar, and lemon juice until dissolved. Pour syrup over berries and gently toss.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Layer half of the angel food cake cubes in a trifle dish. Add half of the berry mixture followed by half of the cream mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
