- 1 pound pasta
- 2 1/3 cups milk
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 12 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
