- 1 box Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (Family size)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup mini vegan marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz bag Crunchy S'mores M&M's
- 2 oz white chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil; whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold in mini vegan marshmallows, half of the Crunchy S'mores M&M's, and all of the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and sprinkle remaining M&M's on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate over brownies before cutting into squares.
