- 1 (8-ounce) package brick style cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together canola oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in crushed pineapple and vanilla extract.
