  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak the Korean glass noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
