  • 16 cooked shrimp
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 jalapeño peppers
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 68 medium soft flour tortillas

Instructions
