- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- For topping: 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, 5 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
