  • 2 cups beef panko
  • 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F.
